Hello friends, family and supporters!
Our young Visionaries are heading to the Junior Olympics in Des Moines, Iowa! The competition is the first week in August and we are putting on the final touches to be ready for the big show. We have gone through a 2 meet qualification process, competing at the AAU Maryland District Championships and at the AAU Region 3 Championships. We have qualified 70% of our participating team members! We will send 6 to the Junior Olympics this year, where 3 are past Junior Olympians and 3 are first time Junior Olympians!
We are asking for your support. We have costs for travel and stay, for team equipment and recovery supplies, for meet foods and drinks, and for snacks appropriate for meet day. Truly, no donation is too small. You can send a donation to the team, and/or for a specific competing athlete. Athletes will receive 80% of the donation and the team will receive 20% of the donation.
Each athlete has had their own unique journey to becoming a 2026 Junior Olympian. If you want to know about each athlete’s story, please ask! Below are Team Visionaries 2026 Junior Olympians and they each have their own unique “Donation Link”. When you select the amount and quantity that you would like to donate, in the cart you will see 1 cent off of the donation, along with their name and “JO2026”.
